This coffee is a special one - it's an amazing partnership between the growers of this coffee, the producer, and the people who use this coffee. This coffee was grown with Veci Project, working with several farms in the Huila region, around Acevedo, to grow excellent cherries ready for the next step - Processing.
Luis buys lots of different varieties to process, and carries out different styles on each of them. This one is a Geisha variety, which was immediately depulped, and fermented. This small fermentation before drying boosts sweetness, and intensity of the tropical and citrus flavours, and adds a candy like sweetness to the cup.
The coffee is then dried as a "honey", with the mucilage intact. This style of drying gives more intensity than a washed, but cleaner than a natural. It preserves the florals from the geisha variety.
We love this coffee for it's light and delicate character, but at the same time, deep and intense flavours! Don't miss it!

Everything is shipped from Zurich, Switzerland. We use Swiss Post, UPS, Fedex, or DHL as our shipping options.
You have the option to select Local Pickup in Zurich, at the Lobby at ON Labs, or at the Collective Bakery.
