Shipping policy

We roast during the week, Monday to Wednesday, and have a cut-off of new orders by Sunday, however we will do our best to fulfil your order as fast as possible.

Domestic Shipping:

We send all shipments within Switzerland with Swiss Post.

All items within Switzerland are subject to tax at the applicable rate (2.6%/8.1%).

 

International Shipping:

We ship internationally with Swiss Post, DHL Express, and Fedex. Postpac Economy is UNTRACKED and can take 10-15 working days, while Postpac Priority is a lot faster and more secure. We can't accept any responsibility for packages once shipped, especially if there is no tracking selected. 

If your country isn't displayed, please reach out and we'll sort it out. 

All international orders are not subject to Swiss tax, but you may be charged for tax, customs or other fees at your place of delivery. All fees and duties will be paid by the receiver, and are not our responsibility, and are also not grounds for a refund.

We don't take any liability for the time and condition of products shipped to you once they leave our Roastery. We will do our absolute best to make sure you get your products on time and in good condition, and supply you with a tracking number for our couriers.
