Shipping policy

When we roast and ship

We roast every Monday. Orders placed by 23:59 on Sunday (Zurich time) are included in the next roast. They usually leave the roastery on Wednesday, and occasionally Thursday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be roasted the following Monday.

Shipping within Switzerland

We send Swiss orders with Swiss Post. Delivery normally takes 1–2 business days after dispatch, so orders placed before the Sunday cut-off will usually arrive before the weekend.

Shipping is free within Switzerland on orders over CHF 50 and on coffee subscriptions. The final shipping rate is shown at checkout.

International shipping

We ship internationally with FedEx and Swiss Post, depending on the destination and the service selected at checkout. FedEx normally takes around 5 business days after dispatch. Postal services can take up to 20 business days.

International timings are estimates. Customs and local delivery can occasionally make things slower, and any import duties, taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
