This is the Acaia Pearl 2021 Pitch Black Scale. It's the industry standard for brewing scales, with it's large size, and easy to read and use display. This version is the 2021 version in Pitch Black, which has some extra modes, along with a better battery life, and start up time. The Pitch Black version is coloured all the way to the edges of the scale.
The Acaia Pearl has all the features you need as a professional brewer, like 0.1g sensitivity, great speed, important functions like auto tare and bluetooth (for Acaia app), and rechargeable battery via USB.
It's the gold-standard for brewing, and you can't find a better scale on the market. This scale will last a long time, working well even in demanding busy cafe environments, for many years.

Everything is shipped from Zurich, Switzerland. We use Swiss Post, UPS, Fedex, or DHL as our shipping options.
You have the option to select Local Pickup in Zurich, at the Lobby at ON Labs, or at the Collective Bakery.

The Postpac Economy option is the cheapest, but slowest, and doesn't have any tracking.
