This coffee is our single origin house coffee for a more modern take on espresso, compared to our House Blend. It's a regional blend of mixed traditional varieties around Huila, from the Palmera Core Coffee Small holder farmers.
It's a blend of coffees procured by our friends at Ally Coffee - where various lots, and sizes of lots, all of which are good quality washed coffees from around the Huila region are blended together to create a consistent taste profile year round.
You can expect a high quality version of your classic washed coffee from Huila here, lots of Citrus, Caramel, and Chocolate sort of notes. Delicious through espresso, and a staple at the Collective Bakery currently!

Otherwise late orders will be shipped the week after. If you have any urgent requirements, please get in touch by email and we will do our best to accomodate them!
Everything is shipped from Zurich, Switzerland. We use Swiss Post, UPS, Fedex, or DHL as our shipping options.
You have the option to select Local Pickup in Zurich, at the Lobby at ON Labs, or at the Collective Bakery.

The Postpac Economy option is the cheapest, but slowest, and doesn't have any tracking.
We would recommend the Postpac Priority option for a faster service, and detailed tracking information.
