Daterra are extremely well known worldwide for raising quality in Brazil, and doing it in a very environmentally and culturally sustainable in their region. Their coffees are broken down into different categories, Classics, Collection, and Masterpieces. This lot comes from their Collections range, and is designed, blended, and produced by Daterra themselves.
It's called "Summer Solstice" and is designed as a very fruity, sweet, bright representation of their coffee. It's made up of a blend of varieties, and changes with each harvest, but is designed to keep a consistent taste profile, but for Summer Solstice, they use only Natural processed varieties.
We love this coffee for it's brighter fruit characteristics and how it doesn't come across as a typical Brazilian coffee, which is what Daterra does so well - changing the perception of Brazilian coffee!

Everything is shipped from Zurich, Switzerland. We use Swiss Post, UPS, Fedex, or DHL as our shipping options.
You have the option to select Local Pickup in Zurich, at the Lobby at ON Labs, or at the Collective Bakery.

The Postpac Economy option is the cheapest, but slowest, and doesn't have any tracking.
