Welcome to the rebirth of our Roastery - Rose 2.0

Since starting roasting in 2022, we have come back again with a new design, philosophy and new friends along the way. Originally founded by 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion, Matt Winton, you can expect world level coffees, from exclusive relationships, and meticulous roasting and sourcing. We roast everything on all renewable electricity with Stronghold Roasters, and strive for Flavour, and Sweetness in our coffees.

Shipping and Ordering Information

We roast to order out of Zurich, Switzerland. All orders that are submitted before midnight Sunday will be roasted the following week, and while we do our best to accomodate later orders, we can't guarantee it will be done the same week you ordered. We hope you can understand, and be patient with your orders placed after Sunday night.

Domestically we ship with Swiss Post, with orders over 50CHF free shipping.
Internationally we ship with either Post, Fedex or DHL. For fastest shipping we recommend Fedex, and with 1-2 bags we can often get very good rates.

We would say we roast a "Light" style of development, where we focus on Sweetness and Flavour. Our Filter roasts tend to open up after 10-14 days, with some preferring to wait 30 days. Our Espresso roasts tend to open up after 18-21 days.
