This blend is a special one, designed with, and for our partners at Collective Bakery. It's called "Kompis", which is the Swedish word for friend, designed to be enjoyed during the cold Zurich winters.

The first coffee is a bright and fruity Washed Colombian coffee from Palmera Community in Huila, comprised of Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties. It's blended with a special Brazilian coffee from Agilmar Ferriera Pinto - Topazio variety, with an induced fermentation - giving us a delicious deep chocolate and red fruit note. Finally, a small component of an Ethiopian CM Natural from Uraga to add some cacao nibs, winey and forest berry notes.

To us, this blend is a great espresso coffee, perfect for black coffee, as espresso or americano - with notes of Berries, Dark Chocolate, and a Juicy acidity. At the same time it's designed to work well with Milk Based coffee, both plant based, and cow's milk - with notes of Milk Chocolate, Forest Berries, and a lingering sweetness
